Cancellation Policy

-Turnovers Must Be Pre-Scheduled: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to guarantee availability. -Same-Day Turnovers: May be accepted based on availability for an additional $30 rush fee. -Access Requirements: Hosts must provide clear access instructions, including key codes or contactless entry details, before the scheduled appointment. -Late Entry Delays: If entry is delayed beyond 15 minutes of arrival, a $15 wait fee may apply Payments & Deposits -Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure new Airbnb cleaning accounts. -Payment Terms: Invoicing is available for recurring clients. One-time or new clients must pay at or before service completion. -Late Fees: A $15 late fee will apply for payments not received within 24 hours of service. What’s Included -Full general clean (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living area) -Linen changes and bed-making (host must provide linens) -Restocking essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap – must be provided by host) -Photo report after service (upon request) ⚠️ Additional Fees May Apply For: -Excessive messes, pet hair, or stains -Missing linens or cleaning supplies -Last-minute schedule changes Host Responsibility -Ensure all supplies and linens are stocked before check-out -Notify us of damages or issues we should report -Communicate check-out/check-in windows accurately
