A legal disclaimer

All payments made to Squeaky Queens Cleaning are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

We strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address your concerns and, if applicable, return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

 

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

 

  • Missed or incomplete appointments due to lack of access or unsafe conditions

  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service

  • Services declined during the scheduled cleaning time

  • Excessive conditions not disclosed at the time of booking (e.g., pest infestations, biohazards, hoarding, etc.)

 

 

By booking with Squeaky Queens Cleaning, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. We reserve the right to modify or refuse service in circumstances that present a risk to our team’s safety or compromise our service standards.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Squeaky Queens Cleaning, we take pride in delivering exceptional service. We understand that situations may arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.

We do not issue cash refunds, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns.

 

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Services already rendered

  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service

  • Missed appointments due to locked doors or lack of access

  • Unsafe working conditions (e.g., loose pets, biohazards, infestations)

  • Items or services not included in your original booking

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may apply your deposit to a future rescheduled appointment.

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Our team’s time, supplies, and labor are non-recoverable, and your booking confirms agreement to this policy.
